With the theme &quot;Neuroscience Applied to Education,&quot; the event featured guest speaker Professor Fernando Louzada, PhD in Psychology from the University of S\u00e3o Paulo, specializing in Neuroscience and Behavior.<\/p>\n<p>Louzada brought the perspective of Neuroscience to the discussion of student learning at home and in the classroom. &quot;Many practices used today are not supported by scientific studies,&quot; he emphasized.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/eseg.edu.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/legacy-inline-ce689355e50254e5-1.jpg\" style=\"width: 50%\" data-filename=\"fernando_louzada_palestra_1.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>The relationships between sleep, learning, and academic performance were highlighted in the presentation.
